Enjoy Writing: A Whimsical Display Font for Digital Projects

Testing Enjoy Writing on a Boutique Online Store Header

As I worked on redesigning the header for a boutique online store, I needed a display font that felt both playful and professional. That’s when I stumbled upon Enjoy Writing, a cute and whimsical display font with a wide range of applications ranging from greeting cards to headlines. Its soft curves and delicate serifs gave it a friendly yet elegant vibe that matched the brand's personality perfectly.

I first tested Enjoy Writing in the hero section, placing it over a full-width image banner. The font stood out without overpowering the visuals, which was crucial for maintaining readability and visual balance. It felt like the right choice for a brand that wanted to convey creativity and approachability.

Enjoy Writing for Product Landing Pages and Call-to-Action Areas

Next, I considered how Enjoy Writing could be used in product landing pages. The font’s charm made it ideal for highlighting key selling points and call-to-action buttons. I experimented with using it for short phrases like “Shop Now” and “Discover More,” ensuring the text remained legible even at smaller sizes.

One thing I noticed was how well Enjoy Writing paired with a clean sans-serif font for body copy. This combination helped maintain a clear visual hierarchy—Enjoy Writing as the decorative display font and the sans serif as the supporting text. It made the content more scannable and improved the overall user experience.

I also tested the font on mobile layouts. While Enjoy Writing looked great on desktop, I had to adjust the font size slightly for smaller screens to ensure it didn’t become too cramped or hard to read. This attention to detail helped keep the design polished across all devices.

Enjoy Writing in Blog Headers and Editorial Design

For a blog redesign project, I wanted a font that would feel fresh and inviting. Enjoy Writing fit the bill perfectly. I used it in blog headers and subheadings, giving each post a unique and engaging title that caught the reader’s eye.

The font’s versatility allowed me to use it in different ways. In some cases, it served as the main headline, while in others, it was used as an accent to highlight key phrases. This flexibility made it a valuable addition to the editorial design toolkit.

Another benefit of Enjoy Writing was its ability to work well with dark backgrounds. When placed over a dark image or background, the font maintained good contrast and readability. This made it ideal for digital ads, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages where visual impact is key.

Enjoy Writing for Brand Identity and Logo Text

In a recent digital brand kit project, I explored using Enjoy Writing for logo text. The font’s whimsical style aligned well with a brand that aimed to feel creative and personable. However, I had to be careful not to use it in places where clarity might be compromised.

While Enjoy Writing was great for logos and branding elements, I found it better suited for decorative accents rather than primary navigation or long-form text. This meant using it sparingly and pairing it with a more readable font for body copy and menus.

I also checked the font’s file formats and webfont availability before finalizing the design. Ensuring that Enjoy Writing was properly licensed for commercial use was essential, especially since the project involved multiple client-facing websites and templates.

Enjoy Writing for Course Sales Pages and Portfolio Sites

When working on a course sales page, I needed a font that would inspire trust and engagement. Enjoy Writing added a personal touch that helped differentiate the page from generic designs. It worked well in headings and featured testimonials, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On a portfolio site, I used Enjoy Writing for project titles and section headings. The font’s character helped create a cohesive and stylish layout that reflected the designer’s personality. It also complemented other design assets like icons, images, and color schemes effectively.

Overall, Enjoy Writing proved to be a versatile display font that could enhance various aspects of a website. Whether used in headers, banners, or brand elements, it brought a sense of charm and professionalism that resonated well with users.

Enjoy Writing for Campaign Pages and Social Media Graphics

Finally, I experimented with using Enjoy Writing in campaign pages and social media graphics. The font’s whimsical nature made it perfect for promotions targeting younger audiences or creative industries. It added a fun and memorable element to the design without sacrificing clarity or professionalism.

I found that Enjoy Writing worked best when used in short bursts—such as taglines, event names, or promotional messages. This approach ensured that the font remained impactful without overwhelming the viewer.

By incorporating Enjoy Writing into these different contexts, I was able to build a more polished online brand experience. The font’s charm and versatility made it a valuable asset in any digital design project.
